Welcome to PALS...Preserving Animal Life Sanctuary.

P.A.L.S. mission is to provide abused and homeless animals a refuge that will be safe haven. This safe haven will provide food and a homelike shelter until they can be adopted. If the animal is not adopted the sanctuary will be the animals home for life.

P.A.L.S. was born from a vision of Ronald and Donna Trucksess's passion for animals and their beloved Sheba who has passed over. The sanctuary is based on the loving energy Sheba possessed and is dedicated to her memory.

Right now we do not have enough land to have the buildings we need to house the animals. So we are looking for land to buy to make our dreams a reality. If you have land or know someone who does and would be willing to sell it to us please contact us.

So for the time being we are helping people to place animals that are strays, or ones that they no longer can keep. We also help with nutritional advice.

Cocoa Mulch Poisoning

This mulch has the potential to be toxic to pets due to the theobromine in the mulch. This is the same chemical that will make your pet sick if you feed them chocolate. Pet owners should avoid use of cocoa bean mulch in landscaping around dogs with indiscriminate eating habits. If you suspect your animal has eaten this mulch, bring him to your vet immediately.
